Vocal Chords: Sinead O'Connor - 'What singing means to me'.

Sinead O'Connor is an acclaimed Irish singer/songwriter who is famous for both her original songs and iconic covers including Prince's 'Nothing Compares 2 U'. Our Vocal Chords presenter Iarla O'Lionaird, and recordist Michael Gallen, talked to Sinead at her home about music and singing and the significance of both in her life. In this short clip, Sinead describes what singing means to her. ~The full interview forms part of a new music and speech special from the Vocal Chords team which will be broadcast on RTE Lyric fm on March 13th 2015 7pm.
