In this special online update, Gordon takes a trip to the capital of the United States - where he's in for a surprise. Gordon Aikman is 29 and he is dying...fast. On average, people die within 14 months of being diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease. Gordon was diagnosed seven months ago. He is keeping an audio diary for LBC of what it is like to live with the disease.
