"I came home to find my mum's carer eating a trifle."

A survey by Unison has found that many carers are not receiving the training they need to care for their elderly clients.

Steve called Shelagh Fogarty to talk about his 90 year-old mother who lives with him on his house boat.

He told her about a shocking experience with one carer that made him realise he needed to take his mother's care into his own hands.
