Todd Rundgren Work in Progress

In the mid 1990's, an Australian film crew met with Todd R and documented his pioneering work on the multimedia 'Individualist' CD. This background music played in an unedited raw footage section. I suspect this music snipped was a work-in-progress that never was released- yet for me it has great potential....Anyone know more about it?
