Hong Kong Gala Dinner

130 VIPs from the European Commission, European Parliament, Belgian government, embassies and permanent representations, think tanks, trade organisations, business community and the media including Ms Shirley Lam, Special Representative for Hong Kong Economic and Trade Affairs to the EU, head of Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, Brussels attended the 8-course gourmet Hong Kong-style Chinese cuisine Gala Dinner prepared by the Chinese Cuisine Institute (CCI) in Hong Kong, paired with premium Belgian beer arranged by Belgian sommelier Mr Eric Boschman. The Dinner among other things had a goal to promote Hong Kong as a versatile tourist destination with the options of gourmet dining along with Hong Kong’s unique culture of East meets West to people .
