One definite winner in 2015 was Transferwise, the fast-growing online money transfer service founded by two ex- Skype developers from Estonia. Transferwise has not only grabbed five per cent of the market from traditional banks in only four years but the very existence and convenience of such new fintech players seems to be encouraging more young Europeans to move around the continent freely.
