It's been a rough start to 2016 for oil prices. On Wednesday, they hit their lowest point since 2004 falling below $35 a barrel and both US and Brent futures have gone even lower at around $33. Normally, tensions between oil producing nations would have a supporting influence on oil prices, but this hasn't happened in the current diplomatic row brewing between Iran and Saudi Arabia as Matt Cox has been finding out. He speaks with Josie Cox, of The Wall Street Journal, and Paul Horsnell, Head of Commodities Research at Standard Chartered.
