Moray to mark Queen's 90th birthday by lighting beacon

The Queen’s been greeting wellwishers in Windsor who've turned out to wish her a happy 90th birthday.

This evening, she'll light one of hundreds of beacons around the country and attend a private family party. One of those beacons will be lit here in Elgin, as the Lord Lieutenant of Moray, Grenville Johnston explains:
