Oxford United chairman confirms plans to build temporary fourth stand

Darryl Eales has told BBC Radio Oxford that the club have the backing from Oxford City Council to build a temporary fourth stand. The United chairman says that the stand would cost between £50-60k and that he didn't expect stadium owner Firoz Kassam to increase their rent.
