GPs in Northern Ireland are "on the edge of a full-blown crisis". That's the stark warning from the British Medical Association. They have highlighted the difficulties facing doctors after 65% of practices across Northern Ireland took part in a survey. Dr Tom Black, the chair of the Northern Ireland General Practitioners' Committee, says some practices are struggling to survive. Meanwhile the General Secretary of the Ulster Teachers Union, Avril Hall Callgahan, says that we're facing a time bomb unless adequate provision is made for the most vulnerable schoolchildren.
