Many companies offer incentives for repeat costumers in forms such as loyalty cards, air-miles or even stamps that allow you a free drink. Consultancy firm Rare, have recently conducted a study to find out which of any of these schemes actually work. Ben Pask, founder of Rare joins Nick to discuss the findings.
