Raoul Moat's brother tells Real Radio his verdict of the gunman's inquest and how he thinks things could have been different
Raoul Moat's brother has told Real Radio he wanted an open verdict at the Tyneside gunmans inquest.
On the 27th September 2011 a jury at Newcastle Crown Court decided Moat killed himself following a six hour stand-off with police in Rothbury.
The 37 year old bouncer was on the run after shooting three people, killing one.
41 year old Angus Moat from Newcastle also told Real Radio he would never condone his brothers actions, but he thinks if officers had allowed him to speak to his brother on the night he died things could have ended differently. #inquest
