Iowa State University Named Iowa's "Best" College

Time and Money Magazine say Ames' Iowa State University is the best place to study as an undergraduate student in Iowa (ranked #132 nationally). Des Moines FM's Chance Dorland spoke with Money Magazine higher education reporter Kaitlin Mulhere to find out how the Cyclones were able to take the #1 spot and where the University of Iowa (#198) and University of Northern Iowa (#336) need to improve in order to take the title. Other national rankings for Iowa include 137th Mount Mercy University, 156th Grinnell College, 205th Dordt College, 284th Drake University, 296th Simpson College, 345th Clarke University, 353rd Luther College, 376th Loras College, 389th Central College, 396th Coe College, 483rd Wartburg College, 546th Cornell College and 661st Grand View University.
