Ian Preston, Professor of Economics at UCL, breaks down today's new immigration figures

New figures today show that UK net migration still remains very high even after a slight dip. In the year to March, the difference between the number of people coming in and the number of people leaving the UK was 327,000, down 9000. That's much higher than the government's 2010 target of 'tens of thousands.' Ian Preston, Professor of Economics at the University College London, joins Ed Bowsher to discuss.
