Barbarian Investor Podcast No 10 with Quin Murray founder and CPO of Real Time Search Engine Krzana

Aug 25, 2016, 03:20 PM

Our guest on the Podcast today is Quin Murray, co-founder and CPO of Krzana the Real-Time search solution which is making significant inroads in a market which has traditionally been dominated by large global networks and data aggregators such as Reuters and Bloomberg.

Krzana Finance has combined a range of advanced technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural-Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning with an expanding list of sector-specific modules to filter fast-moving news streams and give investors, traders and analysts direct access to information that matters.

Krzana’s results are drawn from a growing and user-extensible list of over 5,000 sources, from social media like Twitter, Reddit and YouTube, to major publications like Reuters and the BBC, and even specialised industry outlets and blogs like Zero Hedge and Seeking Alpha. Where once market participants would have been forced to rely on third-party data aggregators and service providers, Krzana disintermediates in the business of information gathering through AI-powered real-time search and discovery tools.
