Chios left in the lurch

Months after the EU-Turkey deal, Greece appears to have become Europe's holding pen - leaving thousands of refugees in limbo. On the isle of Chios, #refugees arrive most days, but few move on. Both refugees and islanders say the EU is deliberately slowing the asylum process, in order to dissuade more from coming.
