The show talks about the Monday Night Football game between the NY Giants and the Minnesota Vikings. Joel and Barry are very impressed by the Vikings defense and have concerns for the Texans heading into their week 5 match-up. Barry believes the Vikings defense can carry a team with a game-manager quarterback deep into the playoffs. The guys go back and forth in deciding which team has the best defense, Denver or Minnesota. The show brings up Odell Beckham Jr. and talk about how much of a distraction he has become to his team. Cameras were all over Beckham from the get go last night and the guys believe that the players are running the team and there is no accountability from the head coach or discipline. The guys go back and forth on who was most to blame in the Giants loss between Eli, offensive line, or the secondary. The show believes that Eli is still a very good quarterback but they definitely need more balance and a running game. Jennings disappearance is a mystery to Barry and Joel. Joel then compares Mariota and Brock Osweiler. The guys debate how each franchise should view their quarterbacks in terms of their individual progressions in their careers.
