Nichola Mallon - Community Minister finds £100,000 for pipe bands despite devastating cuts to the Arts

On Talkback today SDLP North Belfast MLA Nichola Mallon demanded answers from the Communities Minister who, despite continuing the cuts in funding to the arts, has found an extra £100,000 to lavish upon the already generously resourced fund for pipe bands.
