A Birmingham HIV campaigner's told Heart - 27 years on from the last public health campaign - people need re-educating about the disease.

It's World Aid's Day and Tom Hayes - who's lived with the virus for 5 years - says a lot has changed since 1987.

He wants a new campaign which better reflects what having HIV means today.
