Shoot The Defence - Interview with OnTrack-Sports CEO Ouissem Belgacem

Ouissem Belgacem was a promising Tunisian international fullback whose career was cut short at just 20 years old. His experiences after retiring at such a young age led to the inception of OnTrack-Sports.

Part of the company's mission statement reads;

We help footballers (and their families) to make the often difficult transition from professional football by giving them the confidence and the skills they need to remain successful after the final whistle blows."

We talk to Ouissem about his career at Toulouse, representing Tunisia at international level, the difficulties he faced playing in the United States and the premise of OnTrack-Sports.
