Fewer people are dying of overdoses in northern B.C. than the rest of the province

Northern Health is dealing with less fatal overdoses than other parts of the province. Northern B.C. has the lowest number of overdose deaths, and the lowest rate per capita, but Dr. Raina Fumerton says every OD is concerning.
