"CDR Bryan McGrath, USN (Ret), principal of the Ferrybridge Group and an Associate Fellow at the Hudson Institute, McGrath commanded the USS Buckley while on active duty and was the principal author of the 2006 Cooperative Strategy for 21st Century Seapower.
