Gender pay reporting: Beyond compliance
With the proposed final gender pay regulations having recently been published, organisations are focused on conducting the analysis in order to stay compliant. However, with the spotlight firmly remaining on gender pay over the next five years, compliance will only be the first step in the journey. The focus will be around understanding the data in order to determine how to close the gap, and creating a robust and detailed action plan to reduce the gap as it will be open to media and employee scrutiny as reporting continues year on year.
