58 One Word Meditation Practice

The meditation practice shared in this guided meditation episode is powerful to use in 3 totally different ways! 1) As a guided meditation to help you induce a deeper state of calm, connection, relaxation and/or love, 2) If you would like to begin a more "proper" silent meditation practice of 5-20 minutes a day the One Word focal point is a great technique to use, or 3) As a "insta-calming" affirmation you can use any time, any where. My personal fav way to use the One Word Meditation is #3! It instantly calms my anxiety and help me feel more connected and happy every time. Plus my ADD brain loves it because if I get tired of my "one word" I can always start using a NEW one. :-)
