Season 1, Episode 25,   Jan 27, 2017, 05:00 AM

With the announcement of the draft changes to the non-league structure in England creating new divisions at both Step 3 and 4, Matt Badcock from the Non League Paper joins Caroline Barker, Dave Anderson and Dave Watters to unravel what it all means. After a decade in charge at Alfreton Town Nicky Law is leaving non league for a new post with Premier League side Burnley and he explains why the decision was so tough to make and why he won't be a stranger to non league in the coming months and years. It's FA Cup Fourth Round and Lincoln City and Sutton United still fly the non league flag. Lincoln boss Danny Cowley is back reflecting on a rare midweek league defeat ahead of their cup game with Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday and Sutton fan Totts explains his inspiration for his FA Cup song for his club ahead of their big game at Gander Green Lane on Sunday against Leeds United. Rounding off the show we hear from Stewart Else, Safety Officer at Matlock Town about some quick action by home staff and Workington travelling supporters that saved the life of a non league supporter who suffered a heart attack pre-match last weekend.
