4 Teens Avoid Jail For Stone Attack On Birmingham Taxi

#CapitalReports has been told a community in #Birmingham are brave - for giving evidence against 4 teens who attacked taxi's in the city.

All four have got rehabilitation orders for an attack in #Edgbaston last year - where an elderly passenger suffered a fractured skull when stones were thrown at her cab.
