Ten years on from the Grayrigg rail crash - Heart News speaks to the train's Scottish driver.

The Scottish driver of the train at the centre of the Grayrigg rail crash says he still thinks about it every day - ten years on from the disaster.

Despite suffering a broken neck in the crash, Iain Black managed to call his wife, his girlfriend at the time, who worked as a manager for Virgin Trains, to get other trains on the line stopped.

The 56 year-old from Dumbarton was hailed a hero.

He was initially only given a 5% chance of survival, but has gone on to make a good recovery.

84 year-old Margaret Masson from Glasgow died in the tragedy.
