41 - Another Week, Another Conspiracy

Mar 21, 2017, 11:17 PM

Whilst Cherries pick up another home win, Sean concocts a new theory about Arsene, Arsenal and Eddie - so in addition to analysing the Emirates enigma, we mull over Bournemouth's 2-0 win over Swansea, catch up with Ethan's Wishes, plus preview El Clasicoast on April 1st.

With Boscombe registering their first Premier League double this weekend over Swansea, we sit 9 points clear of the drop-zone and all of a sudden pushing for the top half of the table - so once again Michael’s Match Report is a very easy listen, plus, we’ll have your thoughts too, as well as those from the media.

There was a second victory which came on Sunday at the Hamworthy Club where an AFC Bournemouth fans team smashed More Buses 6-2 at Magna Road! The event was put on to raise money for Ethan's Wishes. You’ll have heard all about Ethan on a previous podcast, but also, it was to support young Cherries fan Jacob, aged 4 who has cerebral palsy. We were at the game, and Sam brings you his report of the action.

Sean then brings you what appears to be a new weekly feature as he has a brand new conspiracy theory to bring you. Last week it was Sam with his ‘Smithy listens to Steps’, this week he has some thoughts on Arsene, Arsenal, and Howe. We’ll then preview Cherries next match - and that is against our friends down the road, as we travel to St Mary’s to face the League Cup losers Southampton.

Once again though, you'll be pleased to know that we have the return of "Do You Remember?". We play some commentary from a recent Cherries game courtesy of Kris Temple from BBC Radio Solent, but can you tell us which match it was?!

We love making Back of the Net, however it takes time and effort. We rely on donations and sponsorship to keep it going. We LOVE the fact that you love it - but if you want to hear more, you could really help us out by sending a couple of quid, sponsoring the show, or buying an Eddie Had a Dream T-Shirt!
