He's the new leader of the Ulster Unionist taking up the ropes from Mike Nesbitt, who stepped down after a disappointing election result. So is Robin Swann, the MLA for North Antrim, set to revive a party that has gone from having 16 seats in the Assembly last year to just 10 now.
