A video of a passenger getting dragged, screaming, off a United Airlines flight has sparked global outrage-- but not universal outrage. Hawes Spencer explains.

As the video went viral, many people seethed with anger at the airline. But not Central Virginia traveler Will Yancey.

"This guy did not obey a lawful order from the captain of the airplane. Nobody wants anarchy-- especially at 35,000 feet."

Yancey, who flies cross-country several times a year, says passengers should obey the captain of any vessel.

"If I'm on the Love Boat and Captain Stubing directs Julie or Isaac the bartender or Doc, or even Gopher, to tell me to disembark, I'm going to disembark-- especially if they're ready to put a thousand-dollar check in my hands."

Since the incident, Wall Street investors have fled United and brought about a nearly billion-dollar drop in the company's value. Hawes Spencer for WCVE News. # IMAGE: Several passengers aboard the aircraft recorded the incident. (YouTube) ##
