Should he spend hours helping her find her lost ring in a field?

Honda of Westport Couples Court: she lost her mother's sapphire ring at an outdoor wedding at a field here in CT. She wants to go back with a metal detector and see if she can find it and she wants her husband to join. He thinks it’s a waste of time and the ring is gone.
