To An Insignificant Flower Obscurely Blooming In A Lonely Wild by John Clare from Poems Descriptive of Rural Life and Scenery (1820)

One of the qualities that shines out of Clare's poetry is that his love for nature was inclusive of everything that bloomed or grew or crawled or flew. However insignificant or ordinary something might seem to others, was to him something to be treasured and recognised.
