The PSNI have confirmed that they're investigating the theft of up to three thousand bonfire pallets from a Belfast City Council depot. This morning's Belfast Telegraph broke the story. The pallets were being stored by the council as a safety measure and were due to be returned to the bonfire sites at Chobham Street in East Belfast and the Sandy Row area. So, what happens now, if the pallets are missing? Should the council buy new material for the bonfire builders? Stephen spoke to Ulster Unionist Councillor Chris McGimpsey.
