Lord Chris Patten on Northern Ireland, the DUP/Tory deal and faith

Chris Patten lent his name to the reforms that changed policing in Northern Ireland, oversaw the transfer of Hong Kong's sovereignty from Britain to China. And he was Chairman of the BBC Trust when the Jimmy Saville scandal engulfed the BBC. Plenty of material for a memoir. And he's written one - entitled First Confession. Of which all of that is just a part. And Lord Patten joined Chris Buckler this morning.
