(Broadcast on BBC Radio Stoke, July 2017) The mother of a former soldier from Staffordshire who took his own life is taking legal action against the NHS. Angela Alek-sejuk claims mental health teams were too slow to diagnose her son's Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, despite 4 suicide attempts. Father-of-3 Aidan Knight -- who'd served in Iraq -- died just days after going to A&E to ask for help. Emma Thomas reports:
