The sister of a man from Wolverhampton who was stabbed to death in the city is calling for sentences for people who carry knives to be increased to match punishments for possession of guns. 23-year-old Thomas Kirwan was killed outside a nightclub five years ago this month. Nobody has ever been charged with his murder but five people jailed in connection with his death have since been released from prison. His sister is calling on the government to toughen the law, as Emma Thomas reports....
