The RFU won't be renewing the contracts for the women's 15-a-side team after next month's World Cup. Medway's Rachael Burford is one member of the squad facing an uncertain future after the tour, with focus swiching to the sevens game ahead of the Commonwealth Games. New XVs contracts will then be awarded in preparation for the 2021 Women's Rugby World Cup. Former England captain Catherine Spencer spoke to Ben Watts about the decision.
