Maggie

Maggie is a Learn English at Home volunteer tutor who has been helping Inas to improve her English and be more involved in her local community. They are pictured here either side of the Mayor of Kingston, Councillor Julie Pickering. "As with many instances of volunteering one starts out initially to help others and then you realise how much you get out of the experience for yourself. I personally have increased my knowledge regarding teaching, I have met many wonderful people in other LEAH tutors and in the LEAH office and I have a new very special friend in my student Inas." #ESOL #volunteer
