Germany and Austria are neighbours in election mode, with Germans voting in important national elections on September 24th and Austrians three weeks later, on October 15th. The polls suggest Chancellor Angela Merkel, deemed the conservative, will win in Germany, and young Sebastian Kur, likewise deemed the conservative, will win in Austria.
