It's been nearly a month since Ballymena man, Paul Houston, had a life changing gastric sleeve operation in Lithuania. We spoke to the 47 year old father of three just as he was about to go into theatre to have 90 per cent of his stomach removed.
However since his operation a few weeks ago Paul has lost 4 stone and 2 pounds. He was 21 stone and 2 pounds. Is now around 17 stone.
