University of Juba students update major Peace initiative on Wikipedia

South Sudan is one of the few countries in the world whose narrative is shaped by the effects and impact of long decades of conflict and civil strife.

However, the country itself has a rich history emblazoned by interesting stories whose narratives were shadowed by the dark sides of the conflict.

Now, a team of youths trained on how to shape a fresh discourse about South Sudan through the Wikipedia, an online encyclopedia.

Roman Deckert is a Wikipedia trainer and he spoke to Henry Lokuri about this initiative.
