Global Carbon Emissions Set to Rise for First Time in Four Years

Scientists at a UN climate conference in Germany say global emissions of carbon dioxide are projected to rise in 2017 for the first time in four years. They say the main cause for the expected increase of about two percent has been the greater use of coal in China. The Kenyan government has increased its stake in troubled carrier Kenya Airways. And Uber edges closer to a multi billion-dollar investment deal.
