Has anyone ever told you that you couldn’t do something? That there was no way you could finish a particular project or reach a certain goal? How did that make you feel? Perhaps it made you want to try even harder. You wanted to succeed, just to prove you could do it. Sometimes you need encouragement to finish a task—and sometimes negative comments push you to do your best.

TODAY I’ll work toward my goals, no matter what other people say.
