Snow plow drivers keeping busy during dry winter

The storm hitting the Wasatch Front is not supposed to dump a lot of snow on the valley floor, but that doesn't mean UDOT's plow drivers aren't busy.  The lack of snow this winter also means that the state will save a lot of money.
