The dad of Nottingham stab victim Jason Spencer has told Capital he thinks knife crime has gotten worse in the East Midlands since his son died in 2007. 

Jason Greensmith raises awareness.

Police forces across the region are taking part in a focus on knife crime to try and reduce the impact on families. 

There have been 14 stabbings so far in the region since the start of 2018.
