Describing himself as an ordinary person, he does extraordinary things and pushes himself to the limit, but, he says, if he can do it anyone can.
"If you're passionate and really want something you can achieve. People in Ireland can be afraid to dream and can be afraid to express it for fear of ridicule. But put it out there, dream and make it happen."
