Startling evidence from the current head of the Northern Ireland Civil Service yesterday as he became the most high profile witness to appear at the RHI inquiry. David Sterling revealed that meetings with government ministers sometimes weren't minuted to stop freedom of information requests. Why is that important? Well it goes against the civil service's own advice which states that all meetings with ministers must be minuted. It also means that you the public will never know for sure what happens in some meetings between political parties and senior civil servants, the people who were running this country until Stormont collapsed over a year ago. Stephen spoke to Newsletter political editor Sam McBride and TUV MLA Jim Allister.
