The Nifty50 is expected to open lower on Wednesday following muted trend seen in other Asian markets. The Nifty50 closed 2 points higher at 10,717 on Tuesday.
Trends on SGX Nifty indicate a flat to negative opening for the broader index in India, a fall of 16 points or 0.15 percent. Nifty futures were trading around 10,725-level on the Singaporean Exchange.
Wall Street cut losses to end little changed on Tuesday while energy stocks rallied after US President Donald Trump said the United States would quit the Iran nuclear deal, confirming what many investors had expected, said a Reuters report.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average ended 0.01 percent higher at 24,360.21, while the S&P 500 ended down 0.03 percent to 2,671.92. The Nasdaq Composite added 0.02 percent to 7,266.90.
Shares of Asian markets were trading mixed after US President Donald Trump pulled out of the Iran nuclear deal. Japan's Nikkei 225 declined 0.38 percent while South Korea's benchmark Kospi was flat.
