This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. Research has shown that two thirds of us experience a mental health problem in our lifetime. PTSD - Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is one of those problems. Studies have suggested that Northern Ireland has some of the highest levels of it in the world. A legacy of our troubled past. There's a greater understanding of it now, but many are still suffering without support. Former Army Colonel Philip Ingram from Northern Ireland is a PTSD survivor who's speaking out about his experiences. He's been telling Vinny his story.
