When it comes to negative thinking, I have been there, done that, bought the t-shirt AND all the accessories to match. My inner mean girl was for sure ruling the roost. She would knock me down, discourage me and bully me at every opportunity she had until one day I put my foot down and said ‘enough is enough’. Maybe you’re at that stage now. Maybe you were a month ago or maybe it’s something you’re working your way towards.
It’s time to say good bye to your inner mean girl and put that negative thinking to bed. She needs to go on a prolonged holiday, far away from you where her only influence may be the odd phone call here or there that you can disconnect at any time.
